the attorney or law firm that represents the highest of standards

The recipient’s client’s needs always come first.
2. The recipient always makes sure that NAES stays constantly
informed of any and all facts and new documents.
3. All invoices are paid in a very timely manner.
4. The recipient listens to both the “good”
and “bad” parts of the expert’s thoughts
and tries to incorporate them into the case.
5. All deadlines for either written opinions, depositions
or any other appearances are communicated in writing to
NAES immediately.
6. The recipient is easy to work with and respects what
NAES can do to aid the case.
Because
the nature of our business does not always lend itself to
a regular timing of events, this award is offered on a periodic
basis.
The recipient of the award receives a one year’s FREE
web site text with logo advertisement.
The award is judged by all members of the NAES staff, since
the interpersonal relations with all is so very important.

Mr.
Cirillo was born in New York; graduated from Cornell
University (B.S., Biology) and received another degree
from State University of New York at Stony Brook (M.A.,
Liberal Studies).
He then received his law degree from, (magna cum laude),
from the Hastings College of the Law at the University
of California. In addition, Hank received the Order
of the Coif, was elected to the Thurston Society and
received First Prize in the David E. Snodgrass Moot
Court Competition.
Hank has practiced in the area of complex business litigation
for over 20 years, particularly with respect to securities
fraud and antitrust class actions.
His varied business practice includes equine law litigation
(involving such issues as fraud, agency and professional
negligence); and common law fraud, negligence and breach
of contract actions involving oil and gas developers,
partnerships and real estate syndications.
He was formerly with McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Emerson
LLP (now Bingham McCutchen) for 11 years.

a NAES Star Award, Jack DeMeo is one of Northern California’s
most successful attorneys in horse litigation. His practice
involves personal injury, product liability, wrongful
death, professional negligence, banking and matters
involving the Thoroughbred racing industry. Jack serves
as a Judge Pro Tem and member of the Judicial Arbitration
Program of the Sonoma County Superior Court. Jack is
