of each of the current 46 states which have such Equine/Livestock

Currently the following states DO NOT have Equine Liability Statutes
for professional Engaged in the horse Business
California
Maryland
Nevada
New York
This list is current as of April 10, 2009, however, it is imperative
that you check with local legal counsel in your own state
to make sure that your legislature has not enacted any new
laws pertaining to equine related liability concerns or updated
previous legislation.
